    What is an AIE agent?

    A Cognitive Autonomous Intelligent Entity: an AI agent that converses, checks your sources and acts within the mandate you define. It is not a system, an application or a process: it works with all three. Everything is defined, nothing is inferred.

    How does Abbie avoid making things up?

    She answers only with your sources, in a fixed order, and records which one she used: databases, knowledge base, connected applications and, only by exception, authorized official websites when at least three agree. If there is no backing, she says so and follows the configured route: a human agent or a rerouting process.

    Which standards do you follow?

    ISO/IEC 42001, the NIST framework, the EU AI Act as a reference and each country's law. When several standards apply, we design to the most demanding one, and a compliance team monitors changes to them. We follow these standards and document it; we don't announce seals we don't have.

    At the sovereignty level your case requires, from the cloud to your premises. Four levels, with full isolation per client. Sensitive data travels only through private, encrypted channels, and memory is erased when you ask for it.

    Always. Abbie says she is artificial intelligence at the start of every conversation and whenever she is asked. If she can't resolve the case, she follows the route your company configured: a human agent or a rerouting process.

    What are AI hallucinations and how does Abbie avoid them?

    It is what the market calls the answers a language model makes up when it doesn't have the data. Abbie does not answer from the model's memory or from the open internet: she checks your authorized sources in a fixed order and, if she has no backing, she says so.

    Yes. Every decision is recorded and can be traced back to the rule or source that produced it.

    Does Abbie learn from my conversations?

    She does not learn on her own: she improves only when a person approves a learning, and that learning stays in your company's profile.

    Does my data train models for others?

    No. A client's data does not train models for anyone else or improve someone else's product without their explicit authorization.

    How is data protected?

    Minimization, encryption in transit and at rest, connector credentials that are encrypted and never visible, configurable retention and deletion, and separation per client.

    What does my company control and what does Abbiamo.ai protect?

    Responsibility is shared and explicit: it is clear what Abbiamo.ai protects and what your company controls, such as call recording, telephony and infrastructure.

How you start and how you grow.

    Does an AIE agent replace my ERP or my CRM?

    No. An AIE agent is not a system: it checks and records in yours. If you are missing a system, your partner recommends a world-class application or we develop a microapp or a microprocess for you.
