Shared and explicit responsibility
We set out in writing what Abbiamo.ai provides, what your partner does and what your organization controls in each service. The allocation of responsibilities covers recording, telephony, infrastructure, security and personal data. Depending on who determines the purpose and means of each processing activity, Abbiamo.ai, the partner and the client may act as controllers, processors or sub-processors. We document these roles and the applicable instructions in the corresponding agreements, taking as a reference control A.10.2 of ISO/IEC 42001 and the applicable data protection laws.
