1. Owner and purpose

The abbiamo.ai website is operated by ABBIAMO TECNOLOGÍA, S.A., trading as Abbitec and under the Abbiamo.ai brand, a company of the Republic of Panama, RUC 155761998-2-2025, D.V. 96; Aviso de Operaciones (operating notice) 155761998-2-2025-2025-574393548, with registered address at PH Financial Park, Piso 34, Oficina 3404, Avenida La Rotonda, Urbanización Costa del Este, Corregimiento de Juan Díaz, Distrito y Provincia de Panamá, República de Panamá. These terms govern browsing, viewing content, using forms and interacting with the website's informational assistant, when enabled. Accessing the content implies acceptance of the applicable rules of use, without prejudice to the visitor's non-waivable rights.

2. Website information and contracting through partners

The website presents products, services, AI agent capabilities and commercial processes intended for organizations, including regulated organizations. The information does not constitute a binding contractual offer or a final quotation, unless expressly agreed in writing.

Marketing and implementation for end clients are channelled through authorized partners, in accordance with the commercial model defined by Abbiamo.ai. The partner provides consulting, marketing and implementation to its client; Abbiamo provides the products, components, methodology and technical support in accordance with the applicable contracts.

Partner affiliation, access to licences, prices, support agreements, data location, processing responsibilities and the allocation of risks will be governed by the specific contract entered into by the parties. These website terms do not modify the commercial agreements entered into.

3. Permitted conduct and prohibitions

Visitors undertake to provide truthful information in forms, use the website for lawful purposes, respect intellectual property and not interfere with its operation.

It is not permitted to extract data through abusive mechanisms, circumvent access barriers, perform security testing without authorization, introduce harmful code, impersonate others, use the assistant for unlawful activities or enter sensitive third-party data without a legitimate basis and an authorized channel. Abbiamo may restrict access in response to abuse, without prejudice to legal rights.

4. Content and intellectual property

The texts, designs, trademarks, product names and solutions presented on the website belong to ABBIAMO TECNOLOGÍA, S.A. or are used with the authorization of their owners. Third-party trademarks are mentioned for descriptive purposes only, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Access to the website does not grant licences to software, models, prompts, code, methods, trademarks or other assets. Their reproduction or exploitation is not permitted outside the legal exceptions or a written authorization.

5. AI assistant and automated information

The website assistant, when available, will identify itself as artificial intelligence. It is designed to respond within authorized instructions and sources, and to indicate limitations or follow a configured route when it does not find sufficient support.

Automated responses may contain errors, omissions or outdated references; they do not constitute individual legal, medical, financial, credit or regulatory advice, nor do they replace licensed professionals. The visitor must verify any decisive information with official sources and with the competent entity. Absolute accuracy, continuous availability or a complete absence of errors are not guaranteed.

Products intended for regulated operations require configuration, validation, responsibility agreements and controls of the client and its partners. Statements about regulatory design must not be interpreted as ISO certification, regulatory authorization or a guarantee of universal compliance.

6. Forms and commercial requests

An enquiry or partner application does not guarantee affiliation, award of an opportunity, a specific response time or the conclusion of a contract. The company may request additional information and assess eligibility in accordance with its commercial policy.

The information submitted will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Notice and the purpose stated in the form. Subscription to marketing will require a separate decision where applicable.

7. Availability and external links

Reasonable efforts will be made to keep information up to date and to ensure reasonable continuity of the website; there may be interruptions, content changes or maintenance. The website may contain links to third-party services that are the responsibility of their operators.

Abbiamo does not control the policies or practices of third-party websites merely by linking to them. The relationship with messaging platforms or other services will also be governed by their terms, when used.

8. Liability and limits

Abbiamo will be liable in accordance with applicable law for its own breaches. To the extent permitted by law, the free use of informational content is provided without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and does not give rise to rights to service levels reserved for specific contracts.

No provision excludes liabilities that cannot be limited by law, or the mandatory rights of consumers or data subjects. Any financial limits that may exist in commercial contracts are not automatically incorporated into these general website terms.

9. Privacy, governing law and changes

Data processing is described in the Privacy Notice and the use of identifiers in the Cookie Policy. The responsible use of the assistant is further explained in the Responsible AI Use Policy.

For relationships arising from use of the website, the laws of Panama are taken as the reference framework, without displacing mandatory data protection, consumer or competition provisions applicable to users in other jurisdictions. Disputes will be heard by the competent courts in accordance with the applicable legal rules.
