1. Who manages cookies
ABBIAMO TECNOLOGÍA, S.A. (trading as Abbitec; Abbiamo.ai brand) provides information on the use of cookies and similar technologies on abbiamo.ai and on the website pages or features included within the scope of this policy. Contact: legal@abbiamo.ai.
A cookie is a small file or identifier that a website may store in the browser. Equivalent technologies may also be used to store preferences, secure sessions or measure interactions.
2. Categories and consent rule
Essential: enable basic functions such as security, stability, abuse prevention or storing the privacy choice. They are used only to the extent strictly necessary.
Analytics: measure visits and interactions to improve the website. Marketing or personalization: facilitate campaign measurement, commercial follow-up or tailored content. These non-essential categories will remain disabled until the visitor gives valid consent where required.
The cookie notice offers equivalent options: “Accept all”, “Reject non-essential” and “Configure”. Rejecting does not prevent access to public content. The choice may be changed through a persistent “Cookie preferences” link.
3. Technologies associated with HubSpot: reference inventory

4. External tools and scripts
Using a cookie management solution does not mean that all third-party integrations are automatically blocked. When external tools, advertising tags, players, maps or manually installed scripts are incorporated, their purpose will be disclosed and the corresponding prior consent will be required.
This policy does not attribute to Abbiamo the use of Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other specific tools unless they are enabled on the website. If any of them is enabled, the policy and the preferences panel will be updated before tracking begins.
5. How to accept, reject and withdraw consent
On the first visit, or when a new purpose requires it, the visitor will find options to accept, reject all non-essential cookies or configure categories. Non-essential checkboxes are unticked by default and the choice is recorded.
At any time, the visitor may open “Cookie preferences” from the footer, revoke or change their choice and manually delete cookies already stored through the browser options. Revocation will stop future non-essential use; existing cookies may need to be deleted through the browser, and the lawful prior effects are not automatically reversed.
