AI that works with people's money, health and data must be accountable.
Just like the people it helps. Most AI companies talk from the outside in: «we have agents that speak well». We start with the belief, because it is the only thing that can't be copied in weeks.
-
The belief
Being accountable
In organizations that are held accountable, an AI that guesses has no place. All the hows come from that conviction.
-
The second layer
Dignity
We believe technology is measured by how it treats people. That is why we take away tasks, not people.
Our principles → -
What it is not
Neither compliance nor savings
«Complying with regulation» is a how and «gaining efficiency» is a result. The why is a conviction.
Six hows, each with its proof.
In this order. The first two open every conversation: it does not make things up, and it is built for those who are held accountable.
-
How 1
It does not make things up
The model, whether an LLM or an SLM, writes; your business rules decide. A price, a balance or a policy's coverage comes only from approved sources, in the order you define in Abbi Studio. If there is no backing, it doesn't make it up: it escalates. Proof: the record of the source of each answer (planned design).
Why Abbie does not make things up → -
How 2
Built for those who are held accountable
From the ground up, following ISO/IEC 42001, the EU AI Act as a reference, the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, PCI DSS, HIPAA and each country's data protection law. Proof: an ISO/IEC 42001 evidence folder for due diligence (planned design).
Regulation and compliance → -
How 3
Not a system; it works with yours
The AIE agent checks and records in your systems; it doesn't replace them. If the system or the process is missing, we solve it: with a world-class application, or with a microapp or a microprocess we develop so the AIE agent doesn't have to make things up. Proof: integration with connected systems and Abbi Actions with a contract sheet.
Services → -
How 4
Bounded, traceable mandate
Abbi Actions are the permitted actions. Several «Actions» combined form an Abbi Task, and several «Tasks» chained together form an Abbi Flow: the complete process that delivers the outcome. Everything is defined, nothing is inferred: you configure it and the AIE agent follows it. Proof: the «Actions» and «Tasks» consoles of Abbi Studio and the audit log.
Security → -
How 5
Your data, where your case requires
Four sovereignty levels. If the case requires it, up to 100% on your premises, with full isolation per client. Proof: a dedicated «tenant» in production and an on-premises architecture (planned design).
Data sovereignty → -
How 6
We take away tasks, not people
We respect human dignity. Abbie takes the repetitive work; Caddie guides and empowers the human agent, who decides: he does not replace them. If Abbie can't resolve the case, she follows the route you configured (a human agent or a rerouting process). Proof: a transition program offered with every implementation.
Our principles →
When a proof is still being prepared, we say so: it is marked as «planned design».
What we sell, always through partners.
The partner designs, implements and operates with its client; Abbiamo.ai contributes the AIE agents, the «Actions», the method and the technical backing. What supports it is not sold separately: AbbiAI, the engine, and Abbi Studio, its seven consoles.

Implementation
Including world-class third-party applications when the diagnosis calls for it.
Let's plan the implementation →
A first complete flow, before scaling.
It is better proof than a convincing conversation: it lets you check whether what was said matches what was saved. Autonomy is the lever: suggests, executes with confirmation or executes on its own, action by action.
-
Step 1
Process diagnosis
Which systems exist, which data are authorized sources and where the AIE agent decides.
Process consulting → -
Step 2
Caddie prepares, the human agent authorizes
For example, «record promise to pay»: it is saved in the system and the Evaluation console measures the outcome.
-
Step 3
Abbie executes with confirmation
The same action, now executed by Abbie after a confirmation.
-
Step 4
More autonomy, if the data justify it
Autonomy grows action by action, never beyond what the level above allows.
The strategy, in practice.
-
Security
Bounded, traceable mandate
«Actions» with limits no one expands, conversation locks, data isolated per client and change control.
